The property was well maintained and the room was clean and spacious. Given that the hotel is new there are a few enhancements that would improve the overall experience. Each room should be equipped with a safe and a coffee maker as opposed to a tea pot with pouch coffee would be an improvement. A second luggage stand along with a small microwave in the suite kitchenette would also be useful.

Customer service was horrible. Room was supposed to be ready at 3:00 pm but was not. We were sent up at 3:30 and the room was dirty still. We went back to the desk and they said 15 minutes. Needless to say we did not get our room to 4:45 and the concierge said “well I have no way to communicate with the cleaners to know when the rooms are clean.”
