Room excellent. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, and the Wellness suite was a real bonus.

Very nice cozy hotel, very clean and spacious room, very helpful staff. The location was super convenient and very close to some major attractions, restuarants, massage places, etc. Greatly appreciated having complimentary water in the room, coffee 24/7, tapas in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall, would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Prague.

When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere.

We loved the location, newly air conditioned, unique rooms, helpful staff and lovely breakfast. We definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip. Bottled water in the rooms, working mini fridge, access to English YouTube, air conditioner was working well, lots of space. Great restaurant and patio. I would totally stay at this place again. 5 star.

Staff did their job. I didn’t feel too comfortable there. They seemed a little off to me but with that being said they did their job.
