Place was very nice. Location is great. I had to leave early and they promised to have a prepaid breakfast ready for me, but nobody seemed to have a clue what I was talking about in the morning. Overall, they were all super friendly.

This is a brilliant hotel situated very close to Strasbourg's main train station. Incredibly quiet and a 5 star rating for value for money.. Room was spacious and spotless. Probably the best bed we have ever slept on? Large flat screen TV, great shower. Breakfast buffet was good with an excellent variety of food on offer. Free coffee and tea available all day. Staff were lovely, always helpful and friendly. The room does not have a mini fridge or coffee/tea making facilities but with free beverages on offer in the breakfast area this wasn't missed by us.

Long weekend getaway

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but they held our bags and off we went. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice. Also enjoyed the terrace with some food we brought back one evening. Location was convenient near several parking garages, the train station, and easy walk to the sights we wanted to see downtown. We would stay again when visiting the area.

Hotel Arok exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the stylish and welcoming vibe throughout the hotel, including the common areas which were perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. A special shoutout to their commitment to sustainability and their Green Key certification—it’s great to see a hotel that truly walks the talk on being environmentally responsible. Highly recommended!

Strasbourg Stay

The hotel is a very short walk from the train station, making it very easy to get around as needed. The room we stayed was very comfortable, alas we had a room with a shower/sink in one room and toilet in the other (which was a bit of an adjustment). The bed was very comfortable and there were few noise distractions. There are some stairs involved when it comes to walking down the hallways on the floors, so that can be a caution with suitcases. Otherwise, the overall decor, vibes, and comfort of the hotel was excellent. We were unable to utilize the hotel's restaurant area for a majority of our stay, but we did try to check out the bar area one afternoon, though it was otherwise unattended.

A pleasant stay despite having a very small room

Very pleasant themed hotel with a good sauna. The room size was not so good. We booked a standard room and got a very small room which meant that we couldn’t move around the room and bathroom at the same time. This room was classified as small by the hotel and should have been described as small by Hotels.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and the breakfasts were good. Free coffee in the lounge was an extra nice touch.
