In the center of everything- walkable to the station, the Notre Dame, Petit France waterfront. Plenty of food options. Property has underground parking. Friendly staff, let us checkin early and park our rental car for a couple of hours when checking out. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but enough for our family of four adults.

Excellent stay in close proximity to the train station and in the center of everything to see and do. Laundry available in the hotel. We did not take the morning breakfast, but it looked very good.

This property was all you expect from a citadines and more. They had a comfort room where guests can refresh towels or sheets in between services. The apartment was well equipped with cutlery and plates etc and all matching sets, more than you would need. Very thoughtful. The street is right in the middle of the island and a quick stroll to everything. Would definitely stay again.

It’s been my first time in a Citadines property and I can confidently say it’s been a great choice: great and reasonably spacious apartment in a very central area. i would have loved to try the Brasserie at the street level if it wasn’t I had a restaurant booking already. Glad I could take my Labrador with me. Spaces are arranged in a way I didn’t disturb other guests on the early morning walk. Lovely breakfast room with outside area too. I’d say very good value for money for central Strasbourg.

Clean, spacious room but noisy street at night.

We received lots of information about how to find the property prior to arrival. Checking in was straightforward and staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was noise from the street at night.

The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and at a very walkable distance from pretty much everywhere in the city center. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in, who went out of her way to assist us over and over again. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are comfortable, have good amenities, are well equipped with a kitchen and everything you need to cook and eat, and are very clean. Breakfast is very good. And one of its best features is that it has a self service laundry where you can wash and dry for 9 euro in total in a little over an hour. I had great experiences with this chain in the past, and this was no exception. Would definitely go back.
