The room needed to be refreshed. The breakfast area allowed homeless people to loiter in the area with flies. The breakfast was not great potatoes were not cooked properly. Not a lot experience!

Nice comfortable clean bed and clean room. And the swimming pool was nice.

I think this place has potential! The entry was cute and the lobby was nice. It was a little overwhelming at first to walk into but the staff was welcoming! Our main issue was that the listed photos weren’t accurate to the room. There were broken tiles on the walls in the shower with big holes between the grout repairs. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and there were small bugs. The pool was under construction which is not a big deal. Maybe it would have been different if we booked the deluxe room instead of the comfort room. It did seem like they were upgrading parts of the hotel so maybe not all of the rooms are like this.

Room was dirty, large gap under the door to see through, stains on sheets and towels, mold in the bathroom. Left to find another hotel and contacted Hotels.com to make them aware and let them know the room was unacceptable. It took quite some time to hear back. I sent pictures of the issues. I was denied a refund on $1000 hotel stay because the hotel manager didn't agree because the staff on site wasn't complained to before leaving. If that was the state of this room, I can't imagine any other rooms were actually well maintained, even if the issues were better hidden. Manager offered $40 back, I believe.

We stayed in the cabin area. We had trouble with our code to get in. We enjoyed our stay. Also they had bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Nice touch.
