They are undergoing construction and there were construction materials everywhere and a sign indicating things might fall in the entry. Pool was closed which was not noted on the website. The room needs work. There was a mold stain on the ceiling of the shower, the bottom of the toilet was gross, the sink was leaking and only one channel worked on the TV. And to work the TV you had to hold you arm up on a weird position and push the buttons. When we arrived the front desk person was on what sounded like a personal call and advised she would have to call them back because she had to check someone in but she didn't greet us for a couple more minutes. When I came back out she was sitting on the couch in the lobby. Employees only acknowledged you when they absolutely had to and didn't seem very friendly. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed.

Fire alarm went off at 5am for no reason. The sofa had no padding. There was a 1” gap to the outside around the A/C unit.

You cannot use profanity in a review on this site, so I don’t have the words to describe the stuff on the floor. The pictures make the place look great, and it used to be a great place. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare. I chose this for my wife because of current pictures and previous stays. There were other properties nearby that were much cheaper, but I wanted a nicer safe place for my wife. She was so scared that she pushed a couch against the door for protection. I have never given this bad of review for anything. I also have pictures.

Great room and breakfast. Away from I40 so less traffic and noise.

Nice room. Very clean. Good toiletry products.

It can be hard to find an inexpensive, safe, and clean lodging facility so I’m glad for this establishment. Breakfast includes hot eggs, sausage, and of course a Texas waffle. Other continental items include cereal, toast, and muffins.

Clean room, friendly staff. All in all was a great experience for my family
