Friendly staff, clean and well-designed room. Definite charmer. A bit of hallway noise, especially with crying child, in sound-reflective, creaky hallway. But that's the nature of a hotel. It's within walking distance of the excellent downtown scene. Great place.

The staff is amazing, we ate breakfast at the Bistro (second sketch) and Patricia was phenomenal . She cooks and waits on tables. It was delicious! The hotel was very clean and a very cool place to walk around. It was quiet. The one thing I will tell y’all is take the time to walk around especially roof deck!

The Blackburn Inn is such an interesting place to stay. Rich in history and very well maintained. I appreciated that the building still carries much of the details of its past. The only downfall was that construction was being done on one of the buildings (but yay for expansion!) so it was a little less pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed talking to the staff about the history of the building and some surrounding buildings. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an issue finding a room that was available but Gwen was extremely motivated to find me a room. The room was comfortable with a nice sized bath. Perfect for a single traveler. I also had breakfast which was delicious. The grounds are beautifully kept and great for a morning walk.
