Nice quiet room on the 3rd floor. No disturbance from the wedding at ground level. Only negative point of the stay: the Visio TV was not high def, hence looked very blurry to us. Also not a smart TV, so limited in choices for cable. Otherwise, we slept well and had a restful time.

My bathroom was poorly maintained-sour smelling shower curtain, poor caulking job around tub and toilet, and bathmat with huge hole in it. If this had not been pre paid, I would have gone to a different facility. Housekeeper did a nice job replacing bathmat and tidying up room.

The staff was truly lovely and so helpful and accommodating. I had to move rooms because the AC wasn’t working in my first room. It wasn’t until I moved that I discovered my room was missing its fridge and had kind of old furniture in comparison to the old room. But, it was clear that the staff really cared about the hotel and their guests satisfaction. The young man working at night, long blonde hair, really went above and beyond

Comfy but needs updating

Staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the bed, while comfortable, was lower at the head than feet and the furniture was old and heavily marked. The room needed refreshing with new mattress, furniture and towel bars
