Broken WifFi -- Dated decor

WiFi did not work during a two day stay and I was told nothing they could do and I was the only one with an issue and did I have a personal hotspot? I stayed at 4 other hotels that week and no wifi issues with them. Facility is dated in terms of decor and fixtures but cleanliness and maintenance seemed reasonable given age of property. Front desk staff friendly but that only went so far when there was no resolution to having no wifi in my room for entirety of stay.
