I rarely write reviews, but I felt this one was important to share. We recently stayed here and unfortunately had an issue with unexpected construction taking place in the building during our stay. The noise significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the property during the daytime, and I was admittedly very disappointed with the situation. However, what happened afterward completely changed my opinion. I reached out to management after our stay and explained my frustration. I made it clear that I was not asking for a full refund—I simply felt the inconvenience should be acknowledged with some reasonable compensation. Their response went far beyond what I expected. They apologized, took responsibility for the situation, and processed a full refund for our stay. I believe you learn a lot more about a business by how they handle a problem than when everything goes perfectly. Problems happen. What matters is whether a company listens to its customers and makes things right. They absolutely did. I also want to specifically recognize Adam, who was extremely kind, professional, and apologetic throughout our stay. I appreciate the way management ultimately handled the situation. We loved our sty at Sapphire Beach. We were so close to sudis and loved their food. Also had a great time at outdoor bar and ordered amazing pizza. This was all onsite! Would love to come back again this year but it’s so great it seems to be booked up. What a bummer. You will truly enjoy your stay here.

Our first visit to St Thomas was incredible thanks to our stay at Villa Marina. From the communication prior to our arrival, during our stay, and once we left, we could not ask for more. This was the perfect place for our family as it had 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room area. Each bed room has a slider out to the balcony that overlooks the bay and yachts. Super convenient to the ferry to St John’s. The pool was an added bonus for us. After spending the days sightseeing, we would come back, have an adult beverage or two down by the pool. Just an absolute amazing time. This was our first time to St Thomas and will not be our last. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. I would highly suggest to anyone coming to St Thomas to rent a vehicle rather than taxis. It makes it so much easier to get around and see things.
