St. Simons Island Vacation Packages

What a pleasant location and experience. Darien Ga is a cute small, pretty town. The hotel was right on the river and if you book a balcony room you have a beautiful view, The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and and roomy. Also my wife left her watch in the room after we checked out and on our way to NY. The housekeepers were honest enough to turn it in to the front desk which we greatly appreciated.

Unless you have to stay with your pet this place is not for you. It’s meant for travelers with pets. ( the smell and conditions of rooms definitely indicate that)

Hallway carpet needs replacing. Had a bit of an odor. Overall our fav place to stay on island, though.

This is the first time staying at Home2 suite in Brunswick… wasn’t impressed. We won’t be staying there again. Elevators smelled bad, bathroom in the room smelled like sewage. The room itself was large and seemed clean, just couldn’t get over the bad smells. Also seemed very rushed to finish breakfast and check out. They were just not very welcoming. Mentioned it to the manager as we left, but she didn’t seem to care. So back to Holiday Inn Express, it’s worth the extra $15!
