They said that they had our reservation, but didn't have the room we had reserved. Ever see the $einfeld episode where they didn't have the rental car that he had reserved? Substitute "room" for "car" and it was exactly the same situation. Why take reservations if you don't hold the room?

The guys on the beach were very annoying they kept asking for tips and started taking down the beach chairs around 3:45 beach time should be more peaceful, or don’t offer the chairs.
