Our stay at The Don CeSar was absolutely wonderful! We loved every moment and are already looking forward to our next visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Our room was impeccably clean, the bed was so comfortable, and even with a courtyard view, we still had glimpses of the beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Hotel for Beach Vacation

Such a great hotel - the staff and servers were so friendly from the check in desk to the beach side servers. The beach is perfect and everything is so close so you don’t feel like you have to walk half a mile + to get from your room to the pool or beach. Once the construction* is done this place will be absolutely perfect! *While you could hear construction at times. The hotel did a great job ensuring there was (live) music playing to help drown the noise and we overall didn’t find the construction noise that bothersome. I’m happy the are investing to rebuild and expand! We did not miss the shops that were closed when we went - everything we wanted was open.

Zero complaints from start to finish. Service is excellent, food and drink are great. Pool bar, pool, beach, lobby bar were all excellent. Had impeccable, friendly service from Cosmin, Humberto, Pat, Rodney, Marissa, Nicole, Ezra, Penny, Peter, Johnathan, and anyone else I’ve missed. We will definitely be back.

The property is unique and located in a great area. The price to value equation, however, is off in my opinion. The hotel could not fix an air conditioning issue we had and did not offer any compensation/room change for the problem. I would expect people to try the hotel once and then consider other options in the future.

the rooms were clean- the rest -deck and stairs were a mess under construction- they charge for everything -went to the coffee bar 2-coffees and 2 danish 42.00 dollarsI I have been to alot of high end hotels this is not one of them
