Been coming to the Sirata for 13 years. This was our worst experience. They have really let this place go. The main pool was filthy. First room was absolutely disgusting. The prices are outrageous. $10.50 for a Tito’s & water. $11 for a nutryl. I will add pictures to the review if I can

The resort is in the middle of a remodel to become a Hilton The areas that are done look good. We stayed in part of the "old Sirata" that will eventually be torn down, and you could tell. We didn't realize there was a difference in booking. Our experience was just "ok". I would not stay in the old part again.

The location of the property was perfect and beautiful but the rooms are very run down and pretty dirty. We didn’t have housekeeping when we were there, which speaks to the dust on the fan, the gunk all around the tub, etc. The biggest issue though was how do they market themselves as a beach resort but then charge $40 per DAY per CHAIR on the beach? Just raise the $40 amenity fee (that really only gets you wifi) and include chair rentals. Until then, I’ll spend a little more and go to Tradewinds two buildings down!

Watch out for the $72 a day "Resort Fee" and Parking. Drinks are aggressively overpriced. There weren't any full size towels in the room.
