First of all I rarely do reviews but for this so called resort I have to.The place is understaffed, traffic as you enter the hotel as there are a bunch of cars entering to the club too. Room was dirty with an old carpet. Millipede was crawling on the wall, we freaked and checked out immediately. The mean manager refused to issue a refund of 2 nights. The people who rate this place a the club goers folks. The place is invested with bugs. No way I can advise anyone to go here!!

This place never disappoints! Close to everything... restaurants, convenience store, liquor store and a great walk if you want to walk over the bridge to Sand Key!

The room was old . Noisy . No view . The pool always super full . You have to pay if you want to use the beach area in front the hotel. Too expensive for what you get .

It was a prefect stay. The resort was clean and had the most beautiful private beach as well as a nice clean pool. There was also a restaurant with good food and live entertainment. They had one person singing in the morning who was amazing and at night they had an entire band playing that’s extremely talented. Honestly this resort has been one of my favorite hotels. There’s many restaurants nearby as well as a lot of things to do. Jet skis were cheap and fun. Book here you won’t regret it. I’m definitely coming back. The staff was friendly and helpful

Great place, we had an issue on the first night of our 4 night stay. The hotel Manager bent over backwards to sort the problem and we were very happy with the upgrade. Very lively place with plenty of live music/

Very friendly and helpful staff for my entire stay. This resort is a great blend of peace and fun. Great location around many other attractions and restaurants also. After doing some research on prices and what each resort in the area offered, I can confidently say this place is one of the best values without any compromise to the quality of your experience. At night and on weekends the live music and nightclub can make it feel a little more suited for adults. But I also saw many kids and families staying there, and having fun with no issues.

The Property was gorgeous & very clean!! The only problem we had was the so called security that posted up going out to the beach. We understand the rules they have to enforce but the way they spoke to us was VERY Unprofessional & trying to intimidate us was ridiculous. Even my 14 year old granddaughter was disappointed

The room and bathroom were clean. The hallway to the room smelled like old dirty carpets. They need to remove all carpets and replace with wood floors like they have in the elevator area. Older looking building inside. This is a hotel mostly for younger folks who want to party. Music is loud and lasts up until 2pm. Will I stay here again, probably not. I will stay closer to the other side side of the beach closer to the pier. This hotel is secluded which makes the front small area of the beach less populated. Is closed off by rocks.

Enjoyed our stay with two small children. Pool and beach area were nice for families. Food options were good. Would be nice if there was a kid's menu for the on property dining since there were lots of families there. Room was nice and staff was friendly. Would go back again.
