The staff never gave us information what’s available. Rented beach chairs and umbrella three days in a row found out after that they have food and drinks at the beach no one told us that. Came back one day and the parking lot was blocked you had to use someone else entrance.

the food in both restaurants had the same menu. the appetizers were not good at all. also the drain in the bathroom was plugged and we called the front desk they said they would send someone up. they didn't show up until 8;00 pm.

Overall terrible experience. No one ever answers the front desk. Hotel smells, dirty, ongoing construction, unorganized. Changed rooms Booked the hotel with Expedia and got charged by the hotel as well. Now trying to figure this out with Expedia. Staff was extremely nice in person. That’s it.

First room we were in upon arrival we found the stovetop was broken, cable didn't work, internet didnt work, and the phone didn't work. Second room was nicer and had a bit more room, however they never fixed the internet issue for the entire 5 day stay we were there (thank goodness for hotspots as we have children and tablets) or the cable (less of an issue as we weren't going to use very much)

The hotel was basically under construction. We got the double villa with gulf view it was small. It was VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Also charged about 90$ per night for resprt fee and parking. Which is crazy bc of the price you already pay.

Started the trip with an overcharge on the credit card by $7000! Then, we had ongoing issues all week with the AC not working in BOTH of the rooms we had reserved. Some staff were very helpful, others, not friendly at all. The ice machines on every floor were out of service. Amenity fee is ridiculous for what you are given access to along with the parking fee. Seems there are fees for everything. Beach was nice and clean. Rooms were nice but we had to ask housekeepers to bring towels each day. The hurricane recovery has been slow at best but I think they need a little more time.

This is the second time I’ve been here. Second time was not as good as first. The room smelled like poop, the hair dryer started smoking and was unusable. The hotel did compensate at the end of the stay.
