This place was decent. The ac wouldnt get colder than 72 which was not fun. They need vetter communication. I was told i could have an 11:45 check out and by 11:05 we were being harrasssd to leave our room or pay 75 dollars if i was there at 1130. So one employee tells me one thing and another boots you out. So disappointed

It’s my first time staying at the Galaxy and it will not be my last. Daniel at the front desk is exceptional. Makes you feel more than welcome. Outstanding customer service. The rooms are very clean and all the staff is very friendly. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Overall had a good experience from check in to check out. Staff was pleasant even the valet guys as well. Location was close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Room was amazing even with the balcony room we had. Would stay here again

Excellent location. It’s walking distance to the St. Pete Pier, downtown bars, restaurants, and the waterfront. You’re close to the action without the noise. Perfect if you’re exploring on foot.

Charged for everything

The overall stay was very nice but I had never been charged for parking before, or a "mini bar" which, as far as I could tell, only had sodas. For the parking, I was charged the valet fee even though there was no valet on site. Parking also, was not very intuitive. I opted for garage which had these ramps in every space with arms that I kept hitting my head on and there was no clear direction on which of the doors led to the hotel rooms. At some point, my key also stopped working. All said, I probably wouldn't stay again
