Hotel freshly renovated like new. Beautiful view from our balcony and outside our front door. Service was excellent with everyone we came in contact with! Enjoyed the music in the bar and plenty of chairs by the pool. Can’t remember the last time we stayed at a hotel and couldn’t find any thing to complain about,definitely will be back!

Room very noisy from the HVAC cooling tower directly below my room. Requested clean sheets from the start. Found a butt stain on the sheets not from me. Asked for anther room, was denied at the front desk. Could not stay another minute. Was very disappointed, this stay was my daughter birthday surprise. Very hard to believe they treated us so poorly since we are locals to this site.

Pool is small for the size of the property. Every pool seat is covered with a towel or a toy by 8am while no one is at the pool and people come back to their chairs hours later. You only get 2 beach chairs per room so 2 people in our room were without chairs. Beach isn’t walking distance.

The property advertises that you will receive a beach umbrella 2 chairs at the beach. What they don’t tell is that for the 1000 Plus rooms they only have 30 sets of loungers and umbrella’s. Not nearly enough even if you get there by 9am. Very disappointing.

Great experience with the staff at Marriott resort. I had one bad experience with a server at the tiki bar. She walked right passed me with my drink and didn't acknowledge me as I said it was my drink. Then when she finally acknowledged me she said with an attitude "you should've said something". Everyone around me heard me say that was my drink and told her that he did say something. That was kinda awkward.
