St. Louis Vacation Packages

Greeted by live music in the bar with pool tables and a small crowd. Lovely updated room and bath with a great view of water and golf course. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool too. Liked the ambiance not so much like a chain hotel look for out anniversary!

We rented the room with expectations of have a fridge. I have been requesting one and 7 days later no fridge. They keep saying they will get one. Wouldn’t even give us a discount on the 2nd week. This will be it. They absolutely suck and like to give lip service. Not a good place. The managers are completely rude and lie. Totally unacceptable and I am wanting to talk to the owner.

I was not happy with my room there was mold on the take a shower. I never received a deposit because the smoke alarm went off one time from cooking in the room. The air conditioning smell really bad and the filter light kept coming on my own supplies to clean the room and I have to ask them for vacuum and broom the room was not clean good from the previous people stay it’s a pet friendly hotel. It was pet hair all over the room carpet. I feel that they should have some rooms or pet friendly stay in some for some people have allergies and things are such. I would not recommend.

Check in was great staff. Very helpful property, clean a little noisy in the morning, but otherwise okay
