Great location, dirty hotel

I’ve never stayed at a Hilton before, but chose this hotel because of the location and convenience of being near activities for my family. We loved being able to step out of our elevator and walking to the aquarium, mini golf, restaurants, and more. Main problem was cleanliness, which is important to me. Our first room smelled like strong mildew. They were happy to switch our rooms and apologized for the inconvenience. Then the second room also smelled like mildew, but more mild. There was dust in wall corners and vents. The shower was also not cleaned as there were streaks in the bathtub and shower curtain hadn’t been changed out or washed. Unfortunately won’t be staying here again.

For the price of the rooms, the garden view should have a better view, also, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Please have staff trained how to properly clean.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Old and dingy. We found out that we stayed during their “non busy” season and they still gave us the very last room at the end of a smelly and dingy hallway. When I looked out the window, I saw old/left over materials that they decide to just lay there. Putting us in that room when you don’t have any other guests was flat out rude.
