Beautiful hotel with professional and friendly staff. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food choices. Within 10minutes to the majority of the activities we went to. Our room was nice, big enough for our family of 6. Only complaint was housekeeping didn’t tidy up our room, I had to ask for our garbage to be taken out.

Hotel is ok, they make you valet your car even though there is a massive parking lot that is never filled around the hotel. Housekeeping was non-existent even after asking about their policies. We were told it was an every-other-day refresh. We didn't see a refresh whatsoever during 4 days and had to constantly track someone down for new towels or sheets for the fold out bed.

Meh, kind of gross for the money.

The shower's soap dispensers were empty, and there was a noticeable accumulation of dust on the room's air intake. Additionally, a large party at the hotel's rooftop bar, located on the same floor as my room, continued until 1 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. While the bed was comfortable, the room had an unpleasant odor upon my arrival. I also had to flush the toilet and run water in the shower drain to clear them. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, and I likely won't stay there again.

Downtown oasis!

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown, moments from the Fox and Washington University/Barnes. The rooms were perfect and spacious. The shower was spacious and hot, the beds were comfy. For someone needing extended stay i found the kitchenette well appointed even with a glass cooktop. There are enough dishes and cookware to suffice for simple meals. Honestly, the only thing lacking was an oven. The pool was a tad small compared to other hotel pools, but very clean. (No hot tub). The breakfast in the morning was yummy and the fresh fritatta was a welcome find. We love this hotel because of its convenience to St Louis University. The staff are great and the breakfast is good and much better than other hotels. I rated it a 4 because it wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past. The hallway smelled like weed and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
