Old hotel that needs to be updated. Nice towels but scratchy sheets. Slimey shower water, i guess from a water softener. Skin never felt rinsed.

Staff helpful but my room was unavailable for an extra hour i had hoped to check in early as there was a heat warning in St. Louis about 95F plus the parking garage was even hotter. Wanted to take a nap before walking to the Cardinals game. Great location i walked to the game the arch and a local casino. They allowed me a late checkout which was great and even said i could leave my vehicle in the garage if my arch trip ran late. The parking garage exhaust fans were quite noisy but hey it was very hot and my room was on that side of the hotel. Loved the location and staff was very friendly.

Broken AC + Lost Items

We had a good stay overall. We ended up in a room with an AC that was really loud and clearly about to break. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep, so we ended up asking to move rooms around midnight. The staff was really accommodating and helped us get into a new room right away. The cleaning staff ended up finding some items we forgot in our first room the next morning and made sure they got them back to us. We enjoyed the happy hour snacks + drinks and kids enjoyed the pool even though it wasn’t very big.
