I wanted to bring to your attention the unacceptable condition of room 210. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom toilet had poop stains, and the shower tub still had liquid shampoo residue, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned. Additionally, the bed near the window had dirty socks left on it. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be staying here again.

Would NOT choose this place again.

The pool room floor is SLICK tile. Extremely hard to walk on with wet feet or shoes! The breakfast was terrible with no fresh fruits, cereal or milk. When we asked for pool towels for 4 people they refused to give more than 3 towels or to stock any towel racks. Wehn we got to our room to check in there was no comforters on the beds, instead one was rolled up in the closet and we had to call the front desk to request one for the 2nd bed. This was definitely the worst comfort suites I have ever stayed at.
