We loved the location, 600 feet from the Fountain of Youth and many other historic sites. The owner and his son Micky were very friendly and attentive to their guests, we also enjoyed the included breakfast. We will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Historic Saint Augustine.

Very well located at an affordable price, this property is not in the "expensive strip" of the city. Free parking where you can leave your car while exploring the city by foot, no need to park elsewhere. Decent breakfast and big rooms and bathroom
