Poor service

The room was ok and great location, easy check in. We had no towels and the phone in the room didn’t work. It was pouring down rain but we had to go get towels because only 1 person was working. A soap bar was left in the bathroom-I am not sure how clean it was.

Booked for the pool and the pool was closed with no sign hanging up so we didn’t get to swim. Had reservations for 4 people and would only give 3 towels. When I asked housekeeping for clean ones and had the dirty ones laid out for them the cleaning lady didn’t seem to happy that I asked and gave me a stare down. Other than that it was clean

Air conditioner was not working properly room was extremely hot they did bring up a fan that was really loud and I shouldn't have to run a fan to cool a small hotel room also the deadbolt on the door was not working it's just a rundown place there's a lot of people actually living there which I did not know that The outside of the property was nasty and dirty it was like they never know how to clean anything or even take trash out I will definitely not be back at this property there are a lot of other properties nearby right next door that are brand new and much nicer and much cleaner and if I'd have known that when I booked it online I would have booked those instead of this one I do not recommend anyone to stay at this Red roof inn within a couple of years I guarantee you it will be closed or at least under a different name
