The breakfast included was satisfactory but the staff needs to replenish food items at a faster pace. Many time items will run out such as coffee, milk, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. The staff was nice and always brough the missing items but we should not have to ask. The location was convenient to the historical district and walkable. Poll and jacuzzi area are very nice and well mantained with pool towels provided. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is in a prime location if you're a history buff or someone who likes ease of access and safety. The neighborhood was nice and clean the locals and staff were friendly. It's a very walkable area with the river on one side and the Lady la Leche just a road over. Peacocks can be seen all over town. The Castillo and Fountain of youth also within walking distance. The entire city smells like honeysuckle.

The lobby has a strange odor that smells like a sewer. I asked the man at the counter about the smell. He said that he didn't smell anything, but her had just put on hand lotion so maybe that's why he couldn't smell anything. I didn't think that was a very helpful response! Other than that, the facilities were fine and the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. The $20 a night parking seemed high, considering that it was a 25 minute walk to the historic downtown part of town.

Overall our stay was ok. The price per night is a bit too high. Parking is also an added expensive and IMO should be included in the per night cost. The property is clean and close to St George street attractions. About a 20 minute walk but doable and nice.

Typical corporate hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was good; they do switch it up a little from day to day. Hotel in a safe area (just don't try to cross US1!); a bit of a walk to center of Historic District, but very doable. Front desk employees consistently attentive, courteous and professional. Only negatives: pool water was ice cold, and gym was very small with only one bench available. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. It is around a 15 minute walk to Saint Augustine’s city center. It was not a bad walk, we went in early April and it was cool. However, I do believe that in the middle of the summer the 15 walk could be excessive, considering all the walking there is to do once you get to historic center. Also, they charge $20 plus tax (per day) for the parking. Nowhere in their webpage they disclose the parking charge. Next around, I would consider a hotel closer to the city center, even if it is a bit more expensive

Overall clean and the lobby area is bright and attractive. Elevator in the middle of the building was very noisy and had to be an irritant to those with rooms nearby. A huge parking lot that was mostly empty during our stay, so not really sure why we had to pay $20 per night for parking. It is walkable to the historic part of St. Augustine but a bit of a hike, particularly in 90 degree weather. The trolley station is nearby, though, so that is an option instead of walking.

Disappointed

Foot on room was bowed opening at top and bottom. This made it nosier and didn’t feel as secure. In addition disappointing that they feel a car should be charged $20 per night. Did not see any security to warrant this. This is my 2nd time this chain has failed in providing a safe clean experience for me. I won’t give them a 3 rd chance.
