The good: Location was great right in the heart of the historic district. Walking to shops, restaurants and historic buildings was easy and convenient. The hotel property (when not under renovation) I'm sure is beautiful The not so good: I feel like there should have been some kind of notice on the hotel website stating they were going through the lobby renovation. One afternoon we arrived back at the property trying to access our room and the path to the elevator was blocked off. My wife said the front desk clerk asked her rather rudely where she was trying to go and why. We wound up having to climb up and down a stairwell for most of our stay which was hard on her due to chronic back problems she has. The elevator on our side was taken out of service which I'm sure isn't ADA compliant in some form or another. I feel this is not in line with what we come to expect from a Hilton property and feel we were really let down and wouldn't mind at least a partial refund on our stay.

Loved our room with the view of the water. Even though we were in a busy street it was very quiet in our room. The food and entertainment options were great and all within walking distance. Great tacos and drinks at Casa Maya. It’s a beautiful city and the Hilton was a great home base to explore it from!

Perfect Stay in the perfect Spot!!

Beverly at the front desk was fabulous!! Hotel was in the perfect spot to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Balcony was a great spot to watch the main street crowds go by.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to everything! View of the bay from our balcony was the best! Issues-beds were not comfortable, room was very hot, shower was too hot and unable to adjust temperature, small ants in the room that invaded our snacks. The property did send someone to check the air and also offered for us to change rooms, but we paid for the balcony/bay view and had luggage for the whole family so decided not to move. Never once an apology for the inconvenience.
