The floors in the hallway were stained with dirt from traffic. The bathroom towels had a few stains on them. The toilet wasn’t attached properly to the wall so it shook. Beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The shower head wasn’t shooting out due to calcium buildup. Cobwebs in corners of the room.

We choose Best Western whenever possible while travelling. The room and facility were clean and newly updated. Bed was comfortable. No problem with nitetime noise & we had a room next to us with 3 kids (3-6 yrs old) & never heard them till breakfast. Breakfast was decent and changed a little each day we were there (4 nites). My only complaint is there was NO hot water on last full day there & did NOT enjoy the COLD shower at all! It was not fixed when we checked out & no compensation at all was offered & at checkout not even an apology? This is only reason I gave it only 3 stars. Not to say this will deter us from continuing to sleep at Best Westerns when available in the future.

TRAVELERS BEWARE - Upon arrival at 8:45 pm we parked in a broke down construction area with abandoned business surrounding the hotel and clearly a rough part of town. We then waited in the lobby and no-one one was there walked around for 15 minutes then began knocking on doors then finally a guy came out and barely spoke or moved and gave us a key and told us don't put the key by anything electronic or it will reset. We got into the elevator and there was sticky liquid all over the ground. Went upstairs and one key didn't work but the second did. Went in the room and the smell in the room was disgusting. Went back down and then got another key then went up and went to sleep since it was late and my family was tired. I lied in bed thinking something was off and concerned. Woke up to my family being covered in bedbugs we took videos. Actual bugs everywhere, showed the videos to the women at the front desk. She was not even slightly concerned or surprised but she was nice and she offered a refund instantly and said sorry and didn't question us at all. When she watched the videos of the bedbugs she acted like bed bugs and filth was a common thing and was so fast to refund us. Scary location, disgustingly dirty hotel, dirty room, no front desk workers present ever. Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Utterly disgusting. No way anyone normal would give this place less than the lowest possible rating. TRAVELERS BEWARE

The pool was nice but the hot tub didn't get hot. There also wasn't a limited amount of dining options close by, if you want more options you have to drive at least 20 miles in either direction. Altogether though the stay was very nice and we enjoyed our little get away. Our room was nice and clean and it was pretty quiet.

The hotel lobby is very nice and welcoming. The staff too, were helpful and friendly. The rooms were gross. Dirty, damp carpets. Hardly any bathroom toiletrees. The housekeeping crew was VERY friendly. Breakfast items were limited and hardly offered any foods. We tossed the food away and left to eat nearby. Overall, we were passing through from a long drive and our time was limited there but I won't be returning to this hotel. I rated it 2 stars instead of 1 because the hotel staff and housekeeping were lovely, helpful and very pleasant but the hotel, was not.

Pro: Room seemed to have been partially renovated not too long ago, comfy-firm mattress and a/c was fairly quiet. Con: The elevator looked pretty banged up and outdated, and the inspection certificate and operating permit had expired on August 1, 2025 (we stayed 8/2-8/3) - an indication for bad property management and lack of responsibility for safety.
