Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff communicated with us during our stay via text. I believe this is a newer property to the Hilton resorts. It seems to need a little updating and maintenance work. The dishwasher was not bolted into the cabinet. Little gaps around jetted tub. Dead leaves all over the stairs going to our 2 bedroom condo. Spider webs and spiders around stairway as well. A lot of them. Two work trucks taking up spaces in front of our building. When we returned late from a concert, we couldn’t find parking near our building at all. Had to park at another building a street away. Took a bit to find a spot as it was late and wanted to make sure we were parking in another lot that had a similar building to ours. Overall, we had no “real” problems… just a few things that could be improved upon. I’m sure Hilton already has plans for upgrades and improvements. I would stay here again. The condo itself was 2 bedroom, with 2 jetted tubs, large dining table and 2 screened in balconies! We didn’t use either, but we were only in town 2 nights and we were out most of the time. It was very clean in the condo and nicely stocked.

This is our second stay. Once right after it was remodeled. It was a very clean room. There was a humidity issue that caused an odor in the room. Everything felt damp. It is dog friendly and we were next to a very noisy couple of pups this time that barked through the night along with adults shouting through the night. I love the room layout with the bunks because we have kids but I'm not sure how kid friendly I would call it.

The view could have been better than a grass field with grinder pumps all over and an old mobile office... could add some plants to hide those things.

I was very happy with my last stay. I have stayed here several times over the summer. The upgraded our room since it was our Anniversary and we both were blessed by that. What an incredible gesture. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the lake.

Clean rooms. Nicely designed oversized room. The mattresses are not comfortable. Would not recommend because of the difficulty of trying to sleep on a terrible mattress.
