amazing staff - perfect location

Wonderful property. Small room but modern and clean. Great location. It would be nice if rooms had a microwave. Worst part was there are no ice machines and bar and coffee shop were reluctant to provide. Water in room was scalding hot. It literally melted a plastic cup. I’m glad our grandkids weren’t with us. Breakfast was excellent. Very busy but restaurant staff was quick and friendly. Coffee choice was limited. They wouldn’t let me take in a coffee from their own coffee shop. A laundry room would be excellent.

Love this place. Very convenient too

Really an excellent experience! The hotel itself is immaculate, but its proximity to Main Street makes it even better. Might be the chicest hotel in all of The Hamptons.

Staff was great but that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. You can hear everything from the hallways

We usually stay at the Ritz but prices were up overall due to the World Cup so we tried this property. It was fantastic and we may have found a new favorite.

Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance.
