Staff was prompt and courteous, room was clean except for some garbage that we found in the corner when we moved the chair. Biggest issue was the breakfast. Not much for selection and there was no real hot food ( eggs, bacon, stuff like that you usually find at a continental breakfast) except for toaster waffles and frozen apple pie things you could microwave. Besides that it was a muffin, juice, and coffee. So unfortunately with having children with us we still had to take them somewhere to get breakfast every morning.

Hotel was filthy and rundown, the Expedia listing fails to mention the pool and spa are in a total separate hotel you have to cross a parking lot to access- not practical for kids in the winter to dress and undress and go outside in the winter. The staff was very nice.

The beds are worn out hard on the back. Extremely uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub not in the Same building. You have to walk across the parking lot in your swimsuit, the “ breakfast “ wasn’t a breakfast. Coffee and some frozen stuff ( 2 ) to be exact. And a microwave.

The room smelled bad, the mattress wa stained, there was constant noise all night long, door slamming, people screaming outside. The breakfast was disgusting. Nothing fresh just packaged food.
