My favorite part was the service. Our check in was very quick, the front desk was friendly, communicated well and had excellent customer service. In the morning the front desk was again friendly and helpful as we picked up a grab and go breakfast.

The staff are very friendly including the drivers who are scheduled to take customers to the airport in the middle of the night! They are prompt and eager to help. We had alerts 3 times that our flight was delayed. They happily rewrote our names down for a different shuttle time every time we called to change it. Cameron was especially helpful as we checked in and made sure we had a to-go brown bag breakfast before we dashed to the airport. Overall, we liked the stay because of the price, ability to park our car for a small fee, quick shuttle service to/from airport, and very kind staff.
