It was a horrible experience from the moment I arrived.

Great stay & super comfortable bed!

Thought the room and facilities were very good. Staff was helpful and even at breakfast the one lady went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when going to Raleigh.😊

Great getaway The lady at the front desk Friday ( 7/10/26 was very nice. Check in super easy. Their breakfast was 10 out of 10. The pool felt like it was heated. Shower pressure was great. Overall, a great stay. Clean room and check out guy was very friendly.

I paid for a room on the 6th floor with concierge services (daily coffee, beverages, food) and they were closed from July 4 to the eve of July 7th. The two out of 3 elevators were broke for the 3 days of my stay. The only elevator to take us up to the 6th floor was horrendous having to wait forever then stopping at every floor. No one was available to assist with the luggage and we had to look for a luggage carry cart. Then they placed us in the far back whereas we had to walk around the elevator all the way to the back of the hotel. I couldn’t reach anyone to obtain a comforter because the phone was broken. Furthermore, I asked for credit for all the problems that occurred and they said they couldn’t because I paid through Expedia. I inquired about credit toward an extra night, quoted at 131 whereas I could have breakfast at the concierge upon opening. I paid all those nights for concierge and received nothing. I had to rush out and trusted them to charge me appropriately and send me a receipt. As of today no receipt and they are racking up my credit card with all sorts of charges. When I contacted them I’m told that there are special hotel fees and taxes added on. It was a disgrace and one person doesn’t know what the next is doing. I spoke to a few people (I’ll refrain from saying names). They checked the computer with no recollection of what I was quoted or offered. What was supposed to be relaxing turned into a nightmare. I will never consider going there again.

This place was great! I was surprised when I walked in and the floors were concrete, but that actually added to the "industrial" feel of this place. The host was very responsive when I had questions about the key, and gave me some tips on how to make things more efficient for my and my guest. There are restaurants in the same complex (Mexican, Brewery, Indian, coffee, ice cream shop, etc. Also, there is a pool, and a game room that has billiards, foosball, ping pong, etc. All in all this was a great place to stay and I was very pleased. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Raleigh.

There is no one onsite to help with any issues. Their response was someone will get back to you with 1-3 days which clearly isn’t helpful.
