The swimming pool was green and out of order which wasn't told to us until after checking in, the rooms smelled of old smoke the gels located in bathroom were filled but pumps did not work( probably why they remain filled). Staff was asleep on couch after hours. I've stayed at the Sonesta at airport and it was nothing like this one. App will not let allow no stars.

Everything inside the hotel was very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast. But unfortunately our car got keyed outside their parking lot. The hotel was not responsible as it was “public space” Another front desk employee mentioned that there was another situation last week with another car at the parking lot as well. They should have security as it is not a cheap place to stay in, specially when it’s not the first time something happens to the vehicles…

When I woke up in the morning to make the bed the comforter had blood on it it was tucked away while I couldn't see it and I called the lady in the hotel room and she said the room was clean so it's not nothing they did and hung up I was furious my daughter had to go to the front to speak to the lady at the front desk and she was very rude!
