"Nice Modern Hotel in Quiet Area"
Right next to Metro Station. Takes about 20 mins to central Milan. 2.50 Euros to city centre. Buy tickets from cafe next to Metro but be careful as the cafe is closed on a Saturday and Sunday. You can buy tickets from the machines inside the station but they are tricky to use or out of order. Plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour in the vicinity. Typical European breakfast with plenty of fruit and veg. Fresh orange juice available. Custard, apricot and chocolate croissants are amazing. The wifi is a good speed. The room safe is the size of an iPad. The staff are polite and patient. Their English could be a lot better. I would suggest umbrellas for borrowing for residents as it rains in style. There is no gym. In Milan in general, you only need three nights maximum. Avoid the red Sight seeing City Tour Buses in the city as there is not much to see and you wait hours for the next bus, the staff staff are very over-reactive, unhelpful and rude. It is realy disorganised and expensive. Just go around by foot or Metro and enjoy the architecture.

"Slightly fading"
a week in the hotel while on business at the Forum next door. Convenient location, metro close by to go to centre of town if you want. Hotel overall was clearly quite grand in its day but starting to show signs of fading. Exterior in particular needs some tlc. Try and get a room on the opposite side to the forum as there are numerous concerts and other events that can go onto to the small hours. Food in the restaurant is very good

"Worth the Price for what you get"
Hotel was a decent price which is why I stayed here. It is about a $12 Euro cab ride to the arena where many concerts are. Everything else is a little ways away. There is a bus line that runs every 30 minutes or so near the hotel that will take you into town (#46). Taxis are rather expensive in Milan so use transit as much as you can. Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak fairly decent English. I was relaxing one day on the couch surfing the web and had my stocking feel propped up on the couch and the guy yelled at me and reminded me it was not a bed. That rubbed me the wrong way but other than that they were very friendly and helped me out for an unrelated issue I had prior to check in. Its not a five star but has the essentials you need to get some rest and go about your day.

"Temp Stay"
This hotel is cozy and has good room size. It also comes with kitchenette that helps long stays to make them home style. Lobby is nice. Hotel was very quiet, which is a big plus. We chose this hotel because was the closest to our destination, but not within walking distance hence we stayed 1 night. Hotel is good if you go to this neighborhood.

"Not an ideal location"
The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate and not within walking distance of any ammenities. There is a bus service to the nearest metro stations which stops right outside, but trying to get back to the hotel using this on a Sunday was a complete nightmare. Mid-week may be easier! Would not recommend staying here unless hiring a car. I only chose it because it was near relatives.

Southern Milan is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Southern Milan, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Southern Milan hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
