This is an older hotel but fairly well-maintained. We were able to walk to the Duomo and many eateries. The area felt very safe. The included breakfast was fantastic with many offerings such as eggs, meat, toast, pastry, fruit and beverages. One night, we needed to print out tickets for our trip to Cinque Terre and the front desk staff was very gracious in printing them out for us.

We stayed four nights at Hotel Brunelleschi in Milan and had a great experience. The location is perfect—close to the Duomo and main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent with gluten-free options available. We’d definitely stay here again!

The properties location close to the Duomo and the cost per room is the main draw points. The breakfast is the same ever and kinda of bland. The front desk personnel is hit or miss, some excellent some couldn’t care less. WiFi on the upper floors when the hotel is full is non existent! Good restaurant in the area away from the tourist crowd!

Even Better Than Before

This is my 3rd time staying at Brunelleschi and, to my pleasant surprise, the service is even better now. The front office team of Walter, Matteo and gang never fail to impress with their attention to detail and responsiveness. The fact that they even remembered me after a whole year is testament to that. From thorough housekeeping, luggage storage, calling a taxi to even personally delivering shopping packages to my room by Walter (as the porter was unavailable), the service is simply outstanding. I’m looking forward to my next stay in a month’s time.

Cleaning staff was great. Location was great. Wonderful breakfast. Front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly frankly and sometimes seemed preoccupied. We enjoyed our stay but ended up not asking questions of the front desk to avoid them. Was atypical of our stay.

Asking for a bottle of cold water Was too much of an inconvience For the staff . Also ordering food bar didn’t take cash I couldn’t charge to my room Big inconvience . Over all the hotel has a wierd elevator for luggage which was hard to use

If you like feeling like you have stepped back in time, like the 60’s or 70’s this is your place to stay! Even the staff felt like they were still in that time period. However for us it was a little dingy and didn’t feel so clean. The location is great but I prefer a little nicer hotel.

Hotel Brunelleschi in Milan is a great choice for travelers who value convenience. The hotel is very accessible by metro, with both Duomo and Missori stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. For anyone who enjoys vegetarian South Indian delicacies, the well-known restaurant Saravana Bhavan is right across the street – a real plus. In addition, there are plenty of other excellent restaurants within walking distance, giving you a variety of dining options. Overall, the hotel’s location is one of its strongest points, combining accessibility with great food choices nearby.

Great Staff and location.

FABULOUS HELP AT CHECK IN. We checked in and dropped off our bags prior to returning our rent car. We were met with fabulous efficiency and massively valuable help on an extremely busy Friday afternoon. The employee what beyond likely protocol and helped us get to the car rental office down the street. Very very much appreciated. Excellent location near the Duomo. Tasty breakfast. Like that it opened at 7 am allowing us to get a bit of an early start to a busy day.
