Nice

Have stayed here multiple times and really like the hotel. Great location within downtown and they have an attached parking garage which is very helpful and much cheaper of a parking option than most others. The staff are always responsive and the rooms have always been nice and clean.

The hotel is in a good location with easy walkable access around downtown. The hotel is older and the room was just OK. The parking situation isn't good unless you pay the 30$ per night for valet. Having stayed at other hotels in the area, this hotel would never be my top choice.

Everything about the hotel was as expected, friendly, clean and nice breakfast. I have never stayed at a hotel that close to the highway. A couple of time each night a semi or motorcycle would drive by so loudly it seemed like they were in the room. Startling!

First off, the staff were great. I left my hat there by accident and they mailed to me. Awesome! . The view is amazing. It is close to Yellowstone, where we were visiting. It was great having a small kitchenette there as well. The one drawback we saw was the the rooms and breakfast are not wheelchair access able, there is a ramp to get you to the front desk but nothing beyond there. Thanks.

It was a very nice place to stay. It would be nice to have coffee pots in the room. The location was great.

Amazing

One of the lady’s working the front desk probably shouldn't be working in customer service…my mother talked to her the day before we arrived trying to reserve our rooms on the same floor. She told my mother she got all of us on the same floor except one family in our group, which was fine, it was the day before. The day of, when we are checking in, the same lady said there were no more rooms available on the same floor, so we had 4 families on 3 different floors, when it was supposed to be 3 families on 1 floor and 1 family on a different floor. Her tone was short tempered and her demeanor was annoyed. On top of that, the evening of day 2, high school aged baseball players were staying there for summer league games. The boys were somewhat loud (not overly obnoxious, just high school boys having fun-it didn’t bother our group). Well, the SAME lady was getting annoyed and told them to quit running up the stairs and I’m not quite sure what else was said. So next thing you know, at about 10:30pm the elevators get shut off! We couldn’t believe it! Our group was hanging out in the common area on the second floor and we had a big stroller we had to pack up a large flights of stairs! We weren’t in the mood to deal with her, but I’m pretty sure that violates fire code and who knows what else…She wasn’t there the next day to discuss, but we won’t be back at that hotel next time we visit because of her.
