This was our first time, we had a great stay at Citizen House celebrating our anniversary. Very upscale, I felt a bit under dress as we entered in our travel clothes, yet we were welcomed and treated well. The location is perfect for walking in downtown OKC; across the street from National Memorial and Museum. We look forward to going back.

Employees is all so friendly and polite.

I was charged a mandatory cleaning fee since I was staying over 2 nights (I was staying three). Anyway I was charged upon check in on top of my security deposit for the cleaning. They told me the deposit would be refunded, but not the cleaning fee. This was not posted anywhere on the property and I feel is a scam. To add to that I did not get cleaning service even one time of those 3 days, even when I asked the day before as was told to do. I had to exchange my towels at the front desk to even get new towels and only 2 at a time for a three day trip. The towels are worse than prison towels and are the same ones they use for the pool. The toilet paper is literally the worst I’ve ever used. It was so hot everywhere due to them not utilizing the air conditioning in common areas to include the hall and elevator. The front desk employees only had a fan and were sweating. They are also not friendly. I wish I looked into this place before booking and I will never stay again nor recommend. I also want the cleaning fee back you scammed me out of as well as my deposit, Expedia you should remove them from your site.
