It was very hot throughout the hotel except in room it was cool. The restroom in our room had clumps of hair that hed not been cleaned.

The room where we were supposed to stay was dirty and we did ask to move to a different room and they let us but once we moved to another room it was also dirty. We told front desk about it and he didn’t acknowledge the pictures we showed him. We didn’t end up staying there we went to Super 8.

First, the pictures online do not match what it actually looks like in person—it is extremely run down and smells like a dirty kids playground. The elevators feel like they’ll collapse at any moment, so the we decided to use the stairs instead, whuch is by the way so creepy, which then led us to an underground dungeon that was pitch black. It seriously felt straight out of a horror movie as we ran back up stairs and forced to take the ronchy elevators.
