The lady that was there on 6/2 in the afternoon, was really rude! Overall vad costumer service! I feel bad because they have really bad reviews and now I know why! I understand they have policies, but they can try and work with the costumer because overall we are the ones keeping them in business and they are taking our money!

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Overall the my experience was solid 4.5 out of 10. Staff was very helpful and kind I left an item behind and realized HOURS after checking out. Luckily they had my missing item and i was able to retrieve it. The room itself was clean but hair dryer did not work, outlets by the bed also did not work and there was a hole behind the restroom trash. If you are looking for something affordable and want to stay in the middle of SPI I recommend booking here, all stores, restaurants and beach access are less than 5 minutes away

The stay was okay. Did have issues with the television I had to log in using my phone with a code that was given through the television. They have extra charges for example I got there at 2:50 pm and check-in wasn't until 3:30 pm so if I wanted to check in early I had to pay $15 extra. Also, if I had two vehicles they charge $30 extra for a second parking pass.

It’s an aged motel! The pull out sofa bed was disgusting!!! The extra blanket in the drawer was full of sand. The floor of the room was sandy. You can hear through the walls of the rooms. Bath towels were really small and thin and old.

First the front desk girl was super rude second they never told me the deposit is cash ever 3 my restroom drain was supper bad the water was coming out and the drain was supper slow horrible service the only good desk guy was in the morning when I checked out by 7 am .

Poor lighting, we had to leave the restroom light on so we could illuminate the room a little. One of the plugs didnt work. The restroom door didnt closed, you need to push a little the door but it dosent close as a normal door. The facilities were very humid. None of the light besides the bed works.
