The place needs to be fumigated. The day we arrived, 10minutes after we settled in our room and we killed 3 medium size cochroaches in the bathroom. There were several seen around the wooden stairs area too.

Excellent property and management. Quick communication. You can walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. The club bar has the best pina coladas! The pool at the house was super clean and beautiful! We will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our stay. There were baby lizards crawling along the walls inside our room, giant water bugs, and mosquitoes everywhere. We were getting bitten by mosquitoes while we were awake and even while sleeping, which made it extremely uncomfortable to relax. The shower only got warm, never really hot. The internet was also terrible. We had little to no phone service, and although the hotel provides WiFi, it barely worked during our stay. The towels and washcloths were also in poor condition. Some were ripped and had stains on them, which made me question the cleanliness. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. It was okay overall, but the bread they served every morning tasted old/stale. I understand that being in a tropical country means you may see insects or small lizards outside, but I did not expect to constantly deal with them inside the room, especially along with mosquitoes biting us throughout the night. Between that, the poor WiFi, lack of service, and condition of the linens, I would not stay here again. The experience definitely did not meet my expectations.

Everything was fantastic! The SPA and masseuses are the best I've ever experienced. The hot springs on site are beautiful. We will be going back!

Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing.

If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great wifi. In the middle of nowhere. Deep jungle. The rafting is world class. I had a Linda vista villa and it was an absurd amount of space and privacy with a personal plunge pool. Come back from dinner and your lights are on, fan going and curtains drawn. Seriously, stay here. I'm coming back again someday.
