The facility was perfect for an overnight stay My only complaint would be the $100 deposit we had to pay that takes up to 5 days to receive back We are senior citizens and feel this was unnecessary

Room was very clean and the staff was very nice

no towels. soaps were not refilled and empty. weird smell in room

Wait in line to check in, get to the desk and told that theres no Air Conditioning in the entire hotel and they dont know when it'll be fixed. I was told the hotel next door has AC and since I booked through a third party that I could request a refund, so I finished the check in process, go to the room to find another hotel, reserve a room at another hotel, go back to the front desk and checkout. I contact the third party, Expedia, to request a refund, they contact the hotel who then DENY my refund request. I later find out that the AC had went out the day before, which is the day I could have canceled my reservation with the hotel and received a full refund without any issue, but was never notified by the hotel OR Expedia about the issue. So in my opinion, neither company cares about the customer, customer service, or doing things right by the customer who has no control over their issues or problems.

Our room was clean and nice. Nice pool and exercise room. I will stay here again.
