I was born and raised in Chester, coming back to the east side I just knew I was in for a lot of noise and typical city hustle and bustle. But to my surprise none of that was heard. The unit was very very clean and well kept from the outside to the inside. The host was amazing, the unit was easily accessible and parking was great as well. Will definitely be booking again.

Really unique hotel in a great area

Our stay was great at the Monaco. It is super central to all the historical sights in Phili. Room was clean. Great decor, albeit needs some Tlc , some furnishings in the lobby are worn out and/or stained. And if you drink tea, the hot water in the lobby is barely warm, maybe have an electric tea kettle. But, they have free bikes to ride and won’t charge for holding your bags after check-out. Overall nice stay. Note: you will be charged $8.50 for drinking one of the water bottles in your room.

when we arrived in the property, we say cleaning supplies and dirty towels are in the floor. The cleaner forgot to take those perhaps, although i cant imagine why and what could be the reason. We didnt have anyway to communicate with the property to remove those. We had to deal with it. Parking is terrible. Any parking on street even there is no sign that its not allowed, would give you to ticket. It never says it not allowed but you will get ticket. Paid Parking lot is 10 min walk, where 30/day is parking fee.
