I was beyond pleased with the establishment and all the amenities and my villa was amazing and so clean and comfortable. The property was well kept and staff were beyond helpful. I would recommend this establishment 10x a 100 if I could

We had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the hotel room. Very outdated, the pool was terrible! You could smell the chlorine from well off. The staff was decent, and was pet friendly which was the only reason we stayed their. Overall it was a good trip but it wasn't worth what out family was charged. Hotel pads up the pictures too make you believe its nicer than what it truly is.

No TV guide. Had to hunt for programs. Im a football fan. Great location, close to everything. Nice pool and hot tub

Room was clean and the hotel is centrally located downtown. The bar looks great and was very upbeat. Great place to go in Downtown Charlotte.
