This was a really disappointing experience. Our son needed a one-week stay in the area, and we booked this hotel for him that afternoon. As soon as he checked into his room, he called us to say it was infested with cockroaches. He went straight to the front desk, explained the situation, and asked for a refund because, honestly, who would stay in a room full of bugs? Instead, he was told he would still be charged for the first night, even though he left immediately. He found another nearby hotel that was clean and bug-free. I understand hotels have policies, but charging a guest after giving them a room with a cockroach infestation is simply not right.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean & in excellent condition. Although the lobby was under construction, the room areas were very clean. Breakfast was good, kids enjoyed it. Will definitely come back here again

Breakfast very limited and scrambled eggs were cold. Website listed free extended parking but actually charged $5.00 per night for extended parking. Not happy about that.

The room was very nice but our room did have a smell like someone had smoked in it at some point but a little air freshener took care of that. The bed was a little hard for our liking but thats a personal preference. They are building a new pool and hot tub so that will be very nice when done. The building and the grounds were very nice and the location is great. We would stay here again when we go back. The whole area is very nice!

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. They are going through a bit of construction/update but still manageable. Only thing it does not have an elevator. The hotel is two floors and you would need to carry your items up the stairs. We had a quick weekend trip so it was not a problem for us
