Friendliest, most helpful staff in recent memory. Another hotel next door (same parking lot - walkable) - has a great restaurant/bar. Well-stocked shop with Notre Dame goodies. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. Only negative thing ….They have EV charging - but it is through B-Link - which is a cruelly expensive service. Overnight to put in 150 miles : $96. Despite that, we are returning next month.

This hotel is very clean and very close to the South Bend Airport. The staff was great. The Desk Clerk even came up to help us get our TV remote to sync to the TV. It had a full size fridge with a freezer and ice maker. Also it was stocked with plates, silverware and drink ware. There was a dishwasher and stovetop too. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and drainage. It was a great value and we’d stay again for sure!!

The elevator was not working! We were put on the third floor after asking for the first floor. If it were not for a maintenance employee walking by and offering to move all of our stuff up the stairs, it would have been a very bad experience. We did have to carry it down the next day and that was dangerous and painful.

Entryway definitely needs to be clean from cobwebs and bugs. Appliances were super streaky with whatever they use to wipe them down, which made them look dirty, and there was poop on our back deck with a broken screen.
