Booked to be close to the pier in order to have easy access to different tours on boat. Recommend for that, otherwise, many other options above in the city

The hotel is located by the marina so not too the main square for shopping and variety of restaurants. It’s a climb up to get to main square or alternatively it’s 2.40 euros for 2 to take a lift up. There are a number of restaurants by the hotel though which were good.Our room was spacious and very clean. Evenings were a bit noisy while we were there in early October. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

The room (406) was small but very clean and perfect for a short mini break. I’m 5ft 3 and I definitely agree with other reviews that the shower is compact but the water pressure is excellent. The pool is a dip pool and was only open from 10am to 6pm so we did not use it as we had booked daily tours. The hotel is in an excellent location for the boat tours as it is situated across the street from the harbour. The lift to the main square and most bus tours is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. My one complaint is that the hotel provide guests who have an early tour with a grab bag for breakfast. We had to meet a tour bus at 7:30 in the main square and despite being advised by the lady on the desk to come down at 06:45 and grab breakfast the gentleman on the desk the next morning informed us we could not get into the breakfast area until 7am and when we informed him what his colleague had told us he simply shrugged his shoulders and said 7.

Great place. Staff super friendly and professional at all levels. The ladies at breakfast were súper friendly. Of taking tours to capri and Positano; the port is across the street. And the Sorrento center is 7 min walk but, you don’t notice it.

The hotel is amazing. It has a rooftop bar overlooking the harbor with a pool. The staff is so accommodating. The girl at the front desk called the next place we are staying and set everything up for us. The room was clean and they let us stay at the rooftop bar after check out. I would definitely go here again!

Directly in front of you when you come off the ferry. Clean and all the amenities. Never been anywhere that you had to put a key in a slot for electricity so learned something new. Very small elevator only big enough for 2 people and 2 suitcases so it can be busy. Taxi stand just outside in the parking lot. Restaurants just outside, too. Overall just what we needed.

We we wanted to stay one night in sorrento before our flight to Naples and we were coming from ischia - the location near the ferry port allowed us easy access to come over in the morning they took our luggage and we got to spend the day seeing the coast with easy access to ferries we went to positano and back and enjoyed an incredible evening in sorrento all made possible due to location by the ferry

The hotel is well located by the little harbor, and next to two great restaurants, buses, cabs and a couple of shops. Parking is a bit complicated with the on-call valet, but they were nice, and we made it work. The roof top pool and bar is amazing with great views of Napoli, the ocean, and Mount Vesuvius.

Epic location.

Great location rooftop bar area fantastic service and view. Hotel restaurant 5 star. Remember to take bus 1.50 up hill to main square do not walk. The lift is at the end of seawall to the left about 1 block. Also all the ferries are right there for easy island access.

The view was great. Pool deck great. Attached restaurant good food but was charge more for items then was on the menu. Servers mentioned leaving a tip over & over & over. Room was mouldy, shower door broken. Bathroom so small you had hard time getting in & out. Over all not a very good experience.

It's in an odd location. It's at the wharf level and the town is above so you have to walk up many stairs, find the elevator or use a bus to get to town and the train station. Could hear other doors slam from our room. Pretty simple decor though the bathroom was nice and up to date.

The hotel was great. In the middle of everything. Especially close to the docs so if you have any boat tours planned for Capri Positano or Ischia, you’re right there. The only drawback is that you’re at the bottom and to get up to the city, you have to walk a bunch of stairs. However, there is an Elevator close by that you could take that takes you right up to the city for about one euro.

We traveled many hours and it was terribly hot -our ferry ended up arriving about 45 minutes before the check-in time of 3 pm they told us to go and return in 45 minutes. Didn’t actually check to see if the room was ready just a return after 3 pm. That was kinda disappointing we were sweating and tired would have liked it a lot better if we didn’t have to wait that time. The front desk staff was not particularly friendly when we would walk by and say hello or ciao. It was nice to have breakfast available at the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was good. Sweets were sweet. No microwave at the room. So don’t bother with any leftovers. Which was sad because the portions at some of the restaurants were quite big. The hotel has a small pool on the fourth floor which was great with the hot weather. Bathrooms are spacious but not a lot of counter space for toiletries. Room was spacious and slept 4 but only one chair. Bed was not very comfortable.

The photos are very misleading this place was very rundown, including having mould on the walls and yellow stained curtains. The front staff were unfriendly, and unhelpful. The elevator broke the first day we arrived, forcing us to take the stairs from the fourth floor. The bedroom was very damp because of how close you are to the ocean and so everything constantly felt wet and cold. The towels were ripped, I’m very old. Such a beautiful view, but unfortunately, the accommodations do not match. For the price I would not recommend this place to anybody. We booked a three person room and it was very small for reference
