We've stayed at Embassy Suites before and had a great time. And this one didn't disappoint. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and fairly modern. The breakfast was excellent! The only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer, LOL!

The property meet all expectations as usual since this is not my first time visiting this property. However, they are making up new rules that are posted on pieces of paper that do not coincide with rules posted on property notes. For example, inside the pool area, there is a list of pool rules posted that has clearly been written and approved by corporate. Since our last stay in August, they have since printed on a regular piece of paper and posted on the front of the pool door a list of “new” rules, that directly clashes with what the original rules say that are still posted in the pool area. This is not very customer service friendly, and it goes against consumer law since the new rules are not posted online to read BEFORE a booking is paid for.
