The room itself was fine and as advertised. It’s just that we explicitly asked about their amenities, their hot tub, and pool, a few days before booking. We were told that those would be available. But when we got there, they were not.

Pool was burned down other than that amazing

Place is looking a little dated. Bed was kinda lumpy. It reminds me of those out-of-town people that just try to get all they can out of a place and do the minimum without concern for their guests. Oh yeah, you have to take out their garbage too.

We had hoped for an early check in, but the room Wes not available until about an hour after the normal check in time. The property was otherwise quite nice and centrally located.

Great area and resort- love the property and what they had to offer with sauna and steam room. The pool and game room was nice and clean. The only problem or issue was the time it all closed- 10 pm was little to early for a family being gone all day with sports. 11 pm would have been perfect.

Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number.

We stay here most summers because it is such a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the area and the best things to do and see in Park City. The pool is always great with a good temperature and there is always plenty of space for everyone. the Rooms are great and we never have issues when requesting more pillows or blankets. Nothing looks or feels dated even though it has been there for some time. Just a great location for staying in Park City
