I booked a suite (which looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia), there are no sofas or a coffee table, just a huge space of no use. I asked to be moved as the bed was also broken. The staff were helpful and moved me no problem and quickly. However, this was to a double room, but the hotel still charged me for the suite. The location is great, walking distance to downtown and plenty of food and drink options close by. I will say it is value for money, beds were comfy, room. Was spacious, shower was good, it's a bit worn and tattered, but for the price and it's locations it's a healthy trade off. It's safe, has off road parking and had a great black out blind. All in all I would stay again, but disappointed at the over charging regarding room move.

My stay at the SER was just super. The great residence, the amenities, the location, the views, the food (for all 5 days, I had all of my meals at the restaurant) and the really wonderful staff. Everything about your stay is so thoughtfully considered. I look forward to returning with my family.

The room is very spacious and comfortable but it feels old and has a stale smell. No hot water on check in until about 2pm the following day. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The powered recliners didn’t work. The toilet in the master bedroom doesn’t flush easily. The owner of this unit needs to spend a few bucks.

Everything about this property was amazing! From the convenience of parking in the parking garage (once we figured out where the keypad was! LOL) to the secure elevator, everything was so easy and convenient. The room itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t have been more ideal! It was so easy to walk over to Main Street and stroll around, checking out all the shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
