The property was in an excellent location for access to many of the Madrid amenities and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, English skills were excellent. The offering of breakfast was a wonderful perk. It was plentiful and the varied. The roof restaurant gives a wonderful view of the City.

This is my third time staying at the hotel. It is always a pleasure to stay there. The location is so convenient and accessible to all the museums and parks. Looking forward to staying at hotel Regina again in the future.

I don’t usually write a review, but this Hotel definitely deserves it. One of the nicest hotels, they have everything you need with amazing service on top of that. The room was beautiful, We stayed in a premium room and love the little balconies. The bed was the best bed of our two week vacation. Great location also. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Don’t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didn’t. Stay away from here. They are liars too.
