The location is great and close to everything. However, none of the staff could communicate with me in English, which made it difficult to ask for help. The elevator was out of service at times, the air conditioning was weak, and I couldn’t use the guest computer because it required a password that the staff couldn’t provide. Overall, the location was the best part, but the service and facilities need improvement.

Practical hotel for business travel. Not well located for tourists

Apartment was very clean with all what we needed inside. It is also close to a lot of restaurants and the subway line as well as the Retiro park. Very great stay!

The staff was delightful, very cheery and always happy to help. The rooftop bar was very relaxing, the pool a refreshing dip in the heat of the day, and breakfast was excellent. Great value for the money.. would highly recommend.
