Upon entering the hotel, I thought it was a back entrance because of how hidden, dark, and small the entrance was. There is no lobby, it is a check in desk with one elevator to the rooms. Our room was a tight fit for 2 people with 2 carry ons and one checked luggage. The bathroom in our room resembled an airplane bathroom in terms of size. A curved counter limiting the counter space, a toilet that will have your knees touching the sink, and a swinging glass bathroom door that does not offer any privacy whatsoever. After a few hours of my arrival I wanted to cancel the remainder of nights I had booked. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they did not care to make amends, ask why I wanted to cancel, or offer any solutions to improve my stay. They did not care about hospitality which is upsetting and why I canceled my stay and went to another hotel in Madrid.

We loved our stay. It was clean, simple, beautiful, quiet, and just what we needed. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Yay! We definitely recommend! ❤️

Great location near high end shopping and restaurants. Great terrace views and sitting area. Room comfy with balcony.

Wonderful hotel, great location

Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

The staff was delightful, very cheery and always happy to help. The rooftop bar was very relaxing, the pool a refreshing dip in the heat of the day, and breakfast was excellent. Great value for the money.. would highly recommend.
