My only complaint would be when we went for breakfast they were out of a lot of food and nowhere to sit so ended up leaving hotel and paying for breakfast somewhere else

The room was fine; beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Breakfast was advertised to be much better than it was; it was standard hotel breakfast fare. I also didn’t appreciate receiving text messages from the manager asking how I was doing. If I have an issue I will let you know.

Extremely clean, well laid out rooms. Watch your fingers and toes on the bathroom/closet barn door though! Wonderfully quiet hotel, plus the comfy mattress and the blockout shades really help give you a good night's rest. Convenient location right next to a Superstore, Walmart and Dollarama if you forgot to pack anything. Short drive to the highway and to downtown where you'll find a decent selection of restaurants on their main strip. Check out the Railway Tunnel and Fulford Place. Avoid the Aquatarium unless you have kids maybe 7 and under. The only criticism I have of the service at this particular location is that when I called the evening before we were checking out to ask for a late checkout, I was told they couldn't guarantee anything because they were expecting a lot of arrivals the next day (on a Sunday? Really?) but that I could take a chance calling the front desk again in the morning... so he essentially wanted me to wake up early to ask if I could sleep in? Champagne problems, I know. So sue me, I wanted an extra hour of sleep during my first vacation in months.

There's a grocery store and Walmart close by, but for a quick to-go restaurant is more challenging to find. However, there are options for dining. The beds and bathrooms were clean, the carpets could use some TLC by the beds. But for being right off the 401, quiet area and good options for breakfast. It did the trick

Fantastic!

We've been coming to Brockville for 5 years now, which means we've tried a few hotels and motels in the region. Every time we felt like we never truly found our perfect place to stay yet. But we now found it with Hampton Inn! This hotel is wonderful! The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and sound-proofed, bed is comfy, the hotel has an elevator and a pool, everything we could ask for. The breakfast options were great too, lots of variety. We're so pleased we found this place, we will be coming back!
