We chose this property because of its rating & we were so disappointed.

Had spider and roach in sink omg beds were decent room had a foul smell like mold when I first came in

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room. The breakfast was delicious. But we were hoping to make a dip in the pool since summertime and the pool was closed. Wasn’t working disappointed, but overall, it was a nice hotel walking distance to Dairy Queen next-door. We did that instead of swimming in the pool. There’s no hot tub.

My room was filled with roaches and the tub had rust.

Everything at the property was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with all requests.

Pool not very well kept.

Roach Motel.!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! The bed sheets were stained and gross. I was so tired from traveling I decided to just sleep on top of the comforter. As I was just about to sleep, I felt something crawling on me, it was a roach! I turned on the light and proceeded to count 20 roaches throughout the room that I could see. They were even in the fridge! I packed up at 1am and left. Hotels.com tried to get me a refund but the owner didn't care and refused to make it right. The Jackson hotel is much better and is comparable price wise.
