My wife and I took the local transportation from Heathrow to the hotel. When we arrived there was no one at the counter and a small line had formed, two gentleman came to the desk about five minutes later and got the line down. We were informed that we booked an ADA room, no worries. We checked in and got to our room. It was very clean and made a great spot to rest for our flight the next morning. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was a wonderful touch.

I had a 12 hour layover at Heathrow. I walked out of the airport, hopped the bus and it was at the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The staff was quickly quick and efficient. I was in my room in no time a hot shower and a soft bed that was just what I needed before heading back to the airport for another long flight.
